Weekly Meditation Classes – advice for a happy life
Thursdays at 7.30pm
Taught by Buddhist teacher Gail Knopfel. Classes are suitable for both beginners and
experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome. During the classes the teacher will
explain how to meditate and will give practical instructions on how to use meditation,
and Buddhist understanding to reduce stress and other problems encountered in
daily life. Most classes run for an hour and a half.
The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. Class fee: £5.00
There will be a public talk in Ambleside at the end of April. Please check back for later.
