Meditation Courses

Man Meditating These short courses provide an ideal opportunity to take a break from the hectic pace of life and learn about meditation and Buddhism in the beautiful, peaceful setting of Manjushri KMC.

Day courses consists of brief prayers and teachings followed by guided meditations. Refreshments are served between sessions and a two-course vegetarian meal is served at lunch time.

Weekend or longer courses usually starts on the evening of the first day and finish at lunch time on the final day. Choose from Weekend Meditation Retreats, Time Out Weekend Breaks, and various weekend course.

In between teachings and meditations there is time to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the grounds, take a walk in the woods or along the shore, or just relax in the cafe or lounge.

In addition to these courses, the centre holds regular evening and lunchtime classes and a full programme of retreats.

You can also enjoy the exciting NKT international Spring and Summer Festivals which are hosted by Manjushri KMC.
