Meditation Classes in Dalton on Thursdays at 7.30pm
Apr 11 - May 16 & June 6 – July 18
Taught by Buddhist nun Kelsang Zogden. Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced
meditators. Everyone is welcome. During the classes the teacher will explain how to meditate and will
give practical instructions on how to use meditation, and Buddhist understanding to reduce stress and other
problems encountered in daily life. Most classes run for an hour and a half.
The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. Class fee: £5.00
*Please note: the centre is a registered charity and class fees cover only the running costs. Neither the teacher nor the assistant receive any payment.
