These short courses provide an ideal opportunity to take a break from the hectic pace of life and learn about meditation and Buddhism in the beautiful, peaceful setting of Manjushri KMC.

Day courses consist of brief prayers and teachings followed by guided meditations. Refreshments are served between sessions and a two-course vegetarian meal is served at lunch time. Choose from Advice for Life and Modern Buddhism Explained day courses.

Weekend or longer courses usually starts on the evening of the first day and finish at lunch time on the final day. Choose from Weekend Meditation Retreats, Time Out Weekend Breaks, the Easter Break weekend courses.

In between teachings and meditations there is time to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the grounds, take a walk in the woods or along the shore, or just relax in the cafe or lounge.

In addition to the regular classes, the centre holds a wide range of day, weekend and longer courses, and a full programme of retreats.

The centre also holds special courses with Gen-la Dekyong and the NKT international Spring and Summer Festivals are hosted by Manjushri KMC.

The courses are designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. There is no need to book for regular classes but please book in advance for other courses.
