Short courses
These short courses provide an ideal opportunity to take a break from the hectic pace of life in the peaceful and beautiful setting of Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre. The course usually starts on Friday evening and finishes lunch time on Sunday. Course fees and accommodation for two nights: £70 – £110; for three night: £105 – 165, including all meals; and non-resident £40 – £60 including lunch. Statue Filling Course
26 - 28 February & 23 - 25 April
We are hosting two weekend courses that will provide training on specific areas of statue filling. During the first weekend you will be shown how to clean, cut bases, roll mantras, and water test and fill holes. During the second weekend you will learn further mantra-rolling skills and how to fill the statue.
Please bring your own statues to work on, no bigger than 13". Bring old clothes, and a copy of the statue filling booklet for reference, and for the first weekend bring some old screwdrivers.
The course is open to beginners and those who have filled before.
Attendence on both weekends is neccessary to help you fill statues correctly.
