Discover more about meditation and Buddhism in these relaxed and friendly day courses, all held in the beautiful surroundings of Manjushri KMC.
The courses are designed for both beginners and experienced meditators. Courses run from 10.00am to 5.00pm and include a delicious vegetarian lunch. Cost is £20 per person. Please book in advance.

- How to develop a focused mind

If we wish to accomplish any goal in our life, be it ordinary or spiritual, we need a focused mind. In this one day course we shall learn how to develop concentration, overcome distractions and enable our mind to experience the mental freedom that comes from being in the moment.

- Discover the true nature of ourselves

From Buddha's teachings we can come to understand that the way we appear is not the way we exist.
In this one day workshop we have the opportunity to explore certain lines of thought that examine the true nature of ourselves and who we really are. In this way we shall realize the impact this understanding can have on the way live our lives.

What would you do on the last day of your life?
By realizing that we may die today, our problems become insignificant and we gain a renewed interest in the things that are truly meaningful. Through realizing our own mortality we can discover how joy and happiness can come from within.
