Basic Buddhism Weekends
These special weekend workshops are designed to introduce people to basic Buddhist views and the practical application of Buddha's teachings. During these weekends some of the principles behind the Buddhist way of life will be presented, including topics such as the nature of the mind, past and future lives, and karma. Everyone is welcome to attend and you don't need to be a Buddhist to enjoy these relaxing and thought-provoking weekends.
The weekend will provide an introduction to Buddhist prayers, include guided meditations, teachings and time for discussion.
' These days many people are discovering that Buddhism has answers to questions and solutions to problems that cannot be found elsewhere.'
