People in chanted prayers

Chanted prayers

Meditation is the heart of Buddhist practice. Kadampa Buddhists meditate throughout the day, whether informally during all our daily activities or in formal sessions, or both.

Every day at Manjushri KMC  regular chanted prayer and meditation sessions, or ‘pujas’ are held, combining meditation, visualisation, and recitation of prayers and mantras.

Many of these sessions are open to the public, and admission is free. These include the daily heart commitment practice Wishfulfilling Jewel, which is normally at 5.30pm. They take place in the World Peace Temple and in the Meditation Rooms within the main building.
Please see the calendar for details and contact us if you have any questions about the sessions.
