A Banquet with Auction of Promises
You are cordially invited to the forthcoming International Temples Fundraising Event. An evening of fun and celebration ~ This event is being held to to support the vision of Venerable Geshe-la by raising funds for the International Temples Project – an international fund dedicated to public benefit. Our helping to raise funds for the International Temples Project has a ripple effect that will contribute to bringing peace throughout the world.
The schedule for the evening is as follows:
6.00pm ~ Drinks and canapes in the lounge
7.00pm ~ ITP presentation
8.00pm ~ A delicious banquet style meal and an auction of promises.
Cost is £20 with a £5 deposit.
This course is now fully booked.
As part of the ITP evening we will hold an auction of promises. This is an auction where you can bid for various items or offers of work that have been pledged.
You can also offer a promise to be auctioned e.g. an item, a skill or service, lessons or a trip to a local attraction.
Besides raising money the auction is sure to be great fun. If you would like to offer a promise, email [email protected] If you should win a promise on the night we will be accepting payment by credit card, cheque or cash.
For those who would like to attend the event but live too far away to come just for the evening we are offering half price overnight accommodation.
